My Approach
Life presents us with challenges each day. It is how you meet these challenges that determines the quality and course of life. If you are overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety, sadness, depression loss, confusion, or repeating self-defeating behaviors, and or emotional patterns that lead to unhappiness in relationships, work or other areas of your life, you have a safe space here. My specialty areas include trauma, women's and relational issues, life transitions and stress/anxiety. If you are struggling and feel that some change needs to happen, I would like to be a resource for you.

Straightforward, and down-to-earth, I have over 17 years of experience and training working with individuals struggling with a variety of life's challenges. I promote a positive, relaxing, judgmental free environment, where we will work collaboratively through the challenges and perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more functional, fulfilling and joyful life.
While we can't change the past, we can work together to understand it and better handle current challenges. This process can allow you to build a happier, more balanced and effective life. I utilize a somatic, integrative approach; blending cognitive, dialectical behavioral (DBT), and psycho-dynamic therapies, yoga and formal EMDR training to work toward achieving your goals.
