Elizabeth Hornbeck
Beth has always been passionate about movement in the body. Teaching group fitness for 20 years led her to her yoga practice. In 2014, Beth received her 200 hour CYT at Buddhi Mat Power Yoga Studio. Through her training, she learned how to start living her yoga and shares that through her teaching, guiding her students to discover what they learn about themselves during their practice and bringing it into their everyday lives. While her passion is power yoga, her teaching style ranges from power vinyasa, gentle slow flow to yin and restorative yoga. Teaching to all levels, Beth believes that yoga can be practiced by everyone, using the breath as the foundation, connecting to self from the inside out.
